TOVA is a service operated by Marshbarks Services, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All payments collected by Marshbarks Services via Razorpay.

Overview

TOVA facilitates cost-sharing rides between verified hosts and riders. Payments are collected at booking. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

Cancellation by Rider

To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID before the deadline.

Cancellation by Host

If a host cancels, all confirmed riders receive a 100% refund automatically within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via WhatsApp.

Payment Failures

If your payment is deducted but booking not confirmed, a full refund is initiated within 48 hours automatically. Contact support if not received.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method — UPI, bank account, or card. TOVA does not issue cash refunds.
