What is TOVA?

TOVA is a shared commute booking platform that connects daily office commuters with verified private vehicle owners (hosts) on fixed city routes in Hyderabad.

Instead of driving alone or taking autos every day, riders book a fixed seat with a trusted host — same pickup point, same departure time, every working day. Hosts recover their daily travel costs. Riders save money and commute reliably.

Booking happens via WhatsApp in under 60 seconds. Payment is collected online via Razorpay at the time of booking.

How It Works

1. Book

Message TOVA on WhatsApp, choose your route and date, confirm your seat.

2. Pay

Complete payment online via UPI, card, or netbanking through Razorpay.

3. Ride

Your verified host picks you up at the agreed time and drop point.

Service Details

Coverage: Hyderabad, Telangana. Currently in pilot phase on select corridors (ECIL, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Hitech City, Gachibowli, Kondapur).

Who rides: Working professionals commuting to IT parks, offices, and business districts.

Host verification: Hosts are registered with TOVA, provide vehicle details, and are identity-verified before going live.

Recurring rides: Riders can book for recurring weekday commutes. Same host, same time, Monday–Friday.

Pilot Phase

TOVA is currently operating in a controlled pilot phase in Hyderabad. We are onboarding verified hosts and building the first regular rider community on high-demand commute corridors.

During the pilot, the platform fee for hosts is ₹0. Riders pay only the fare shown at booking — no hidden charges.

Bookings, payments, and refunds are fully operational. Customer support is available Monday–Saturday, 7 AM – 9 PM IST.
