Data Deletion

Request removal of your personal data from TOVA.

What data we hold

TOVA stores the following data associated with your phone number:

  • Your phone number and booking history.
  • Payment records (order IDs and amounts — not card or UPI credentials).
  • WhatsApp message logs related to your bookings.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@tova.in with subject "Data Deletion Request" including:

  • Your registered phone number (e.g. +91XXXXXXXXXX).
  • A brief confirmation that you want all data removed.

We'll process within 7 business days and confirm via email.

What gets deleted

Upon verified request, we permanently delete:

  • Your phone number and profile from our database.
  • Your ride booking history.
  • Any stored payment metadata linked to your account.

Note: Razorpay may retain transaction records per their own data retention policy and applicable law.
